What is the delivery time for orders?
- Tickets: Tickets will arrive within one (1) week or less.
- Merchandise: Please allow 4-5 weeks for merchandise delivery.
All orders sent via UPS Ground. Rush orders are available for an additional $8.00.
What if I want to return an item?
- Tickets: Tickets are not exchangeable or refundable.
- Merchandise: Merchandise is refundable. Our policy is to accept returns if your order is damaged
during delivery. Please call 301-947-5560 for a Return Authorization Number. Be sure to clearly mark your return package
along with your RA Number. Items return without an RA Number will be refused. Please return items to:
