What is the delivery time for orders?

  • Tickets: Tickets will arrive within one (1) week or less.
  • Merchandise: Please allow 4-5 weeks for merchandise delivery.

All orders sent via UPS Ground. Rush orders are available for an additional $8.00.

What if I want to return an item?

  • Tickets: Tickets are not exchangeable or refundable.
  • Merchandise: Merchandise is refundable. Our policy is to accept returns if your order is damaged during delivery. Please call 301-947-5560 for a Return Authorization Number. Be sure to clearly mark your return package along with your RA Number. Items return without an RA Number will be refused. Please return items to:

  • Mail Your Order: Shop for your items online, but select "Check or Money Order" as your payment method. Then print and mail or fax us (301-208-0495) your order form.

Policies

Service Charges

All tickets sold include a non-refundable service charge to cover the cost of processing and shipping your order. Eventtickets.net does not refund service charges. Service charges also help to guarantee the refund of the cost of your tickets due to show or event cancellation.

Event Cancellations / Postponements

If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, the cost of the tickets minus any service charges will be refunded to the customer. Refunds must be made within seven (7) days of event cancellation otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and there are no Refunds or Exchanges. Eventtickets.net is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

There are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges for postponements, rescheduling or time change of an event; the original tickets issued will generally be honored for the new date and time of the event.

Final Sale Policy

All sales completed though Eventtickets.net are final. Once we receive payment the customer CANNOT cancel an order and receive a refund or exchange tickets for any reason other than what is specified above. We do not allow refunds or exchanges on any order once it has been confirmed, so please be sure you have selected the proper event and seat locations prior to completing your order. Once tickets are received, they are like cash and will not be replaced or refunded if lost or destroyed. For any ticket(s) purchased through Eventtickets.net, ticket purchaser understands that resale of such ticket(s) may be subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations related to such. Any violation of such laws may result in prosecution of ticket purchaser by such agency or other party. Eventtickets.net assumes no liability.
